Greece 2026 - International Youth Leadership Opportunity

The Be The Change Greece International Conference is the annual pinnacle of the DFC journey. This stage sends youth representatives and their mentors to Greece to represent Northern Ireland on the world stage. As part of a global delegation, students present their social action stories, celebrate their impact, and connect with a worldwide movement of young change-makers. This is a 5 day trip with minimum delegate packages comprising 1 adult +1 youth and ranging to include groups of teachers/youth workers/employee volunteers with groups of youth.

Estimated price per participant:£2,400-£2,600 including coordination fee and trip expense estimates with or without visa fees (if required)

Recommended Delegate Group comprises 1 teacher/youth worker and 1 - 5 youth.

BTC Selection Process

We will choose Story of Change and Cultural Representatives using a set of criteria that we will send to those who submit stories of change to our I CAN 2025 Challenge. We will select 3 youth representatives and mentors/chaperones. Announcements of Story of Change and Cultural Representatives will be made on September 30th 2025

Those who are not selected as representatives can still be involved as Attendees. This package is also open to anyone who has not submitted a youth-led story of change yet wants to be involved in the magic! Attendee Registration closes on October 5th.

Terms and Conditions:

Participants are responsible for booking/procuring items marked in bold. Fixed amounts are marked in italics. All other amounts are variable and only finalized at the time of booking/purchase.

Should representatives or attendees be unable to travel due to illness or visa issues flight, accommodation, conference, or sightseeing cancellations will be subject to vendor charges while 50% of the coordination fee will be non-refundable.
